Floral Quarter identity on a Covent Garden street

Royal London Asset Management owned the three buildings and leased them as separate propositions. The brief was to present the site as one place.

The name refers to the flower market Covent Garden grew from, and Floral Street runs through the site. The identity is built on a yellow petal drawn as a heart, used across a launch film, a website with a 3D map and a brochure for each building. I led the Smart Soho design team.

Launch Film

The campaign line was “Grow in Covent Garden”, and the film takes it literally. People grow up out of the ground onto the streets around Floral Street.
